1. What information do we collect?
In an effort to RSVP, register, purchase a ticket, or sign up for our newsletter and promotional materials, users may be asked to submit some personal information. This information may include names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, as well as sensitive banking information.
In addition to information volunteered by users, Society 414 may collect additional information that the user’s browser sends when visiting our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as the user’s computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that were visited, the time and date of visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this information in order to improve our services to you and reach a larger audience.
Society 414 does not knowingly collect personal information on children under the age of age 13. Society 414 Terms of Service prohibits children under the age of 13 from submitting personal information to Society 414. 2. Why do we collect this information and how do we use it?
Information is collected to help us deliver the highest level of service to our users, such as: to fulfill your request to attend an event; to communicate with users; to promote related events and to deliver more personalized services such as advertisements, local event recommendations, and content; to measure the performance of the Services offered and to understand the ways in which our services are being utilized; to implement fraud prevention measures; and for customer insights and market analysis. Users reserve the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time, either during the checkout process or later in your account settings.
3. How is this information shared?
Information may be shared with members of the Society 414 team, contracted vendors, and with necessary event organizers for business purposes, including: event access control, marketing and communication with attendees, and customer and market analysis. In the event of a sale, merger, or change in control, we may also share your personal data as part of that business transfer.

If user discovers inaccuracies in the information submitted, user has the ability to request that those inaccuracies be corrected by submitting a request to email@example.com.
